Small businesses already run a spare tablet for one purpose and want to add auto-printing to that device - not buy a PC just for our app. The desktop product can't serve them. Cloud is the answer, and we're building the waitlist before we build the product.

We poll your inbox
Connect Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP mailbox once. Our cloud watches it for the rules you set - sender, subject, label, attachment type.
We render to PDF
Each matching email - body and attachments - is rendered server-side to a print-ready PDF, the same engine the desktop app uses.
We notify your tablet
A high-priority push wakes the Android agent even if the app was killed. It downloads the PDF over your Wi-Fi.

The desktop app is privacy-first and runs entirely on your machine. Cloud is convenience-first and processes email on our servers so a tablet alone is enough. We sell them as separate products on purpose.

Privacy
Server-side processing, on purpose - and on the record.
Cloud processes email content on our servers. That's the trade-off for the no-PC convenience, and we're upfront about it. If that trade-off isn't one you want to make, Desktop is the right product for you.
Credentials encrypted at rest
OAuth refresh tokens and IMAP passwords are encrypted in our database with per-user keys.
Print content is short-lived
PDFs we render for printing are deleted after the tablet acknowledges the print, within 24 hours at most.
DPA on request
We sign a Data Processing Agreement for customers who need one. Regulated industries (healthcare, legal): contact us before signup so we can scope correctly.
