3. Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

Document Conversion
Certain attachment formats (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files) cannot be printed directly. When these attachments are detected, they are securely uploaded to our servers, converted to PDF, and the converted file is sent back to your device for printing. Both the original and converted files are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. All transfers are encrypted in transit. All other processing continues to happen locally on your device.

7. Third-Party Services
We interact with third-party services for:
- Email provider authentication (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
- Application updates and distribution
- Crash reporting and analytics
- Customer support services
- Advertising and audience-building (Google Ads Customer Match, Meta Custom Audiences, Microsoft Ads Customer Match)
These services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
8. Advertising and Customer Match
We use advertising platforms — Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and Microsoft Advertising — to grow our user base and to avoid showing acquisition ads to people who already use our product.
For these purposes we may upload your email address as a hashed (SHA-256) value to the platforms' Customer Match features. The platforms use the hashed email to (a) build lookalike audiences of people similar to our existing users, and (b) exclude existing customers from acquisition campaigns. Your raw email address is never sent to advertising platforms — only the cryptographic hash is.
You can opt out at any time by deleting your account, which removes you from the source list before the next sync. You can also opt out at the platform level via Google's Ad Settings, Meta's Ad Preferences, or your Microsoft account's privacy dashboard.
9. Updates to Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or via email.
