2. Description of Service

AutoPrintEmail is a desktop application that automatically sends emails directly to your printer from your desktop device. The Service includes:

Automatic email printing functionality
Direct printer integration
Email monitoring and processing
Printer configuration and management
Cloud-based document conversion for Office attachments (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) that cannot be printed directly
Reduced screen time through automatic printing

3. Software License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the AutoPrintEmail desktop application on your personal computer for personal use only.

4. System Requirements

To use the Service, you must have:

A compatible desktop operating system
A connected printer with appropriate drivers
Internet connection for email access
Sufficient storage space for the application

5. Email Access and Privacy

By using the Service, you:

Authorize the application to access your email accounts
Understand that emails will be automatically printed
Confirm you have the right to print the emails you receive
Accept responsibility for printed email content
Understand that certain attachments (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) may be temporarily uploaded to our servers for conversion to a printable format, and automatically deleted within 24 hours

Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer the application
Distribute or resell the software
Use the Service to violate others privacy or rights

7. Printer and Hardware Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining your printer and ensuring it has sufficient supplies
Configuring printer settings appropriately
Managing paper and ink/toner levels
Ensuring your computer meets system requirements

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If AutoPrintEmail doesn't work for your needs, contact us at support@autoprint.email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This applies to both monthly subscriptions and lifetime licenses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may uninstall the application at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
