How do I connect my email account?
Go to "Manage Accounts" in the app, click "Add Account", and follow the setup wizard. You can connect Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP-compatible email provider.
Why are my emails not printing?
Check that the app is running, your printer is online, and printing is not paused. Also verify your email account is connected and the mailbox/filter settings are correct.
How do I print only certain emails?
Use filters to control which emails get printed. You can filter by sender, subject, or other criteria. Go to your account settings to configure filters.
Can I print attachments automatically?
Yes! AutoPrintEmail prints PDFs, images, and Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) automatically. Enable attachment printing in your account settings.
How do I update the app?
The app updates automatically in the background. You can also check for updates manually from the tray menu or Help menu.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to the Billing section in the app and click "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime and continue using the app until the end of your billing period.
