Print Only the PDF Attachments, Not the Email
You want the invoice. You got the invoice, plus a page of "Kind regards", a company logo and a legal disclaimer nobody has ever read.
Out of the box AutoPrintEmail prints the whole email: the message, then every attachment. If you only care about the PDFs, three toggles fix it.

Turn Off the Email Body
- Click Manage Connections in the sidebar and open the email account
- Open the Print tab
- Turn off Print message body
- Leave Print attachments and Print PDFs on
- Turn off Print images
- Click Save Changes
That's it. From the next email onwards only the PDF attachments come out of the printer.
The setting is per account, so repeat it on each mailbox you have connected.
Why Print Images Matters
This is the step people miss.
The logo in an email signature is usually not part of the text. It travels as a small image attachment. With the body on, AutoPrintEmail shows it inside the message where it belongs. With the body off, that image is just another attachment, so it gets a page of its own.
Turn off Print images and those logo pages stop.
Do you need real image attachments to print, like photos or scans? Leave Print images on and use Exclude file extensions instead. Signature logos are nearly always png or gif, and real photos and scans are nearly always jpg, so entering png, gif usually gets rid of the logos and keeps the photos.
What Happens to the Subject, Sender and Date
The header (subject, sender, date) is printed at the top of the email body. With Print message body off there is no body page, so the header does not print either. You don't need to touch the header toggles.
Emails With No Attachment
With the body off, an email that has no PDF attached prints nothing at all. That is usually what you want. If some senders write the important part in the email itself, keep the body on for that account and use a rule to decide which emails print. See Stop Printing Emails From One Sender.
Word and Excel Attachments
Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV) keep printing with this setup. Print PDFs does not govern them, it only applies to real PDF files, so nothing above switches them off.
They have a separate control: Convert Office documents to PDF for printing, in the desktop app's Settings. If that is off, Office attachments are skipped. With the body off as well, an invoice that arrives as a spreadsheet prints nothing at all and nothing on screen says why. Check that toggle first, then see Printing Office and CSV Attachments.
